Wow! What an amazing place to stay! We were so impressed with the cleanliness of the home. Everything was beautifully maintained and top notch! We would highly recommend and hope to visit again soon!!

Great Location and very nice property. Pool was larger than expected from photos. Really nice to have morning coffee on the dock... we saw several manatees. We would come back!

This house is beautiful! Everything is new and gorgeous! The decor is on point—free of clutter and everything goes together very well. There's a washer and dryer, a TV in every bedroom and a bathroom connected to each one. The beds are SO comfortable! There's also a balcony off the master bedroom—check the launch schedule, you can see rockets from there! Through the beautiful back doors there's a relaxing patio with a remote controlled awning, a spa and a shower. The host is very responsive and helpful. I'll definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Great location, short walk to the beach. OG's place is clean, comfortable, beds are comfy and host is responsive. Absolutely will seek availability here when I'm back in the area.

Would definitely come back. It's all new and in great condition. About a 12 min walk to the beach and parking was very easy! The kitchen was very well stocked. This place was 10/10. I felt very safe in the area as well! Great for a girls trip, family, really anything!

The place was absolutely beautiful and well appointed. They were super communicative and easy to work with even when we wanted an earlier check-in. The absolute best part was that on checkout there were no requirements to strip linens, take out the trash or do anything else. You just take your things and leave. Would stay here again.

My family and I absolutely LOVED Casa de Olas! This is a beautiful property, with just about any amenity you could want, from a place to fish, swim, work or play games with a group! The house was well-appointed, with plenty of linens (SO many beach towels, which was great) and the kitchen was fantastic! The hosts were very responsive and helpful with our questions at every moment from the time we booked the property. The property was exactly as described. The location could not have been better - close to grocery, restaurants and the beach! We even got lucky enough to see a scheduled rocket launch from the backyard during our stay! We will definitely keep this property on our short list to stay in the future! If you want a place with plenty of space to make memories, you really need to check out Casa de Olas - you won't regret it!

This place is beautiful and very clean. It has everything you need and more. Location is great too.

We watched the air show from the balcony. The location was perfect — we walked across the street to the beach. The host was extremely responsive. There was even a deck box with beach supplies and an outdoor shower for sand rinse off! We are thinking of making this an annual tradition.

We visited Cocoa Beach for the Thanksgiving holiday and rented two side by side condo units from OG. We had five adults in one unit and six adults in the other. The units were pristine, with a barely used feel. They were well appointed. The beds were heavenly as was nearly everything else about the units. We’ll be back, as the ocean is a brief walk across N. Atlantic Ave from the Airbnb with easy beach access. Thank you Francis for your fantastic communication.

Absolutely a beautiful place in a perfect location — and we all have that late night sweet tooth and an ice cream shop is next door. What more can you ask for? Absolutely beautiful place and wonderful experience. Loved every waking moment.

The home was incredibly clean and the showers were amazing. The open, modern floor plan was perfect for spending time with family and friends. The TV is enormous like a movie theater, and one of the highlights was watching a huge lightning storm from the porch, with lightning striking the ocean in the distance. Affordable, convenient, beautiful, clean, and modern — would stay again!

We had such a great stay! The place was spotless when we arrived, and the beds were honestly some of the most comfortable we’ve ever slept in. The location was perfect—just a super easy walk to the beach, which made everything so convenient. The host was amazing—quick to respond and very friendly throughout our stay. The house was also incredibly well-stocked with everything you could possibly need, from kitchen essentials to beach gear, which made it feel like a home away from home. Overall, such a great experience—we would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting!

I rent a lot of Airbnb‘s, and a lot of them are very nice but this one here was very special from the location for it being private peaceful all the wildlife the manatees the dolphins the blue heron the Mockingbird’s turtles fish from the pool, comfy beds. Great host I loved the big open space in the living room, dining room and kitchen. The views were amazing. Sunset was amazing. The early morning was beautiful. the neighbors were awesome and the host were amazing. I was very impressed with everything and I would definitely be back.

Everything is brand new—modern appliances, stylish furniture, and thoughtful touches throughout. It truly felt like stepping into a high-end boutique stay. The cleanliness was outstanding—spotless in every corner, which made us feel instantly comfortable and at home. Pet-friendly, family-friendly, and just steps away from the beach. We're already planning our next visit!

Very nice getaway for me and my kids. Boys had fun in the pool. My daughter and I had fun trying to fish. Large house for a large family, big pool and I love that it was on the water.

We had a beautiful relaxing time here! When we walked through the front door we instantly fell in love with the OG scent — when you stay here you will know what I mean! Beautifully decorated and spacious. If you want comfort and a good night sleep then the beds in this home will not disappoint! Thank you OG for a great stay.

The condo was very clean with an excellent location, plenty of room for the kids with bunk beds and thief own bathroom. We live in Cape Canaveral and rented this condo for family members, kids and grandkids coming to visit, it was an excellent value and we will certainly be back! Date of arrival - March 13, 2026

Very nice place and decorated so cute. Wish I could have stayed longer. There is quite a few steps leading to the apartment so only those that are fit and dont mind a little exercise should stay here

We really enjoyed our stay! The place is beautiful, a super unique property with a great layout. My daughter is looking to move to the area so we were in town doing some research and I hope to be able to book more stays in the future when she gets to move! The property was pristine- you can tell they put a lot of care into the cleaning. Everything in the home was well taken care of. The closets all had organizers (and a thoughtful hamper in the bunk room!), the rooms were very spacious, the kitchen was well furnished, and they provided everything we needed for a walk across the street to the beach so we didn’t have to waste space in our car for those larger items like a cooler, tent, chairs, wagon, etc. we loved that there was garage parking. We were able to sit on the balcony and watch a rocket launch on our last night for icing on the cake! We will definitely be back.

Great location across from the beach and just minutes from all the dining and shopping spots in downtown. Beautiful new construction with lots of space and very clean. We really enjoyed our time and Stays by OG were great to deal with.
