Amazing apartment and great location. Short walk to the beach, and lots of food options nearby (including an ice cream shop right under the condo). Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a fun stay by the beach.

My second time here and loved it even more than the first!

This house is beautiful! Everything is new and gorgeous! The decor is on point—free of clutter and everything goes together very well. There's a washer and dryer, a TV in every bedroom and a bathroom connected to each one. The beds are SO comfortable! There's also a balcony off the master bedroom—check the launch schedule, you can see rockets from there! Through the beautiful back doors there's a relaxing patio with a remote controlled awning, a spa and a shower. The host is very responsive and helpful. I'll definitely recommend this place to anyone!

We had to move here at the last minute due to our other accommodations having issues. The host was incredibly kind, helpful and very responsive. The house was absolutely gorgeous, the pool was amazing, and the deck wonderful. It's a beautiful home and we really enjoyed staying here. Would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful family stay! The home was exactly as described, with a great layout and plenty of space for everyone. The kids loved the heated pool, fishing from the dock, and seeing both a manatee and a dolphin right in the canal! The dual primary suites were a huge plus, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location was perfect—close to Cocoa Beach, the pier, restaurants, and attractions while still feeling peaceful and relaxing. The hosts were responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. Future guests should know this is a pet-friendly home, so those with pet allergies may want to plan accordingly. As travel agency owners, we’re always looking for great vacation homes to recommend, and we’d gladly recommend this one to families visiting Cocoa Beach. Stayed with a group of friends for an annual softball tournament. Needless to say we all mutually agreed that we will stay every year in this home. It was beautiful, well maintained, and a team of host that assisted with any need you have. Looking forward to coming back next year.
