Great place to stay in cocoa beach. Clean and comfortable.

Great, clean space and close to the beach

We really enjoyed our stay! The place is beautiful, a super unique property with a great layout. My daughter is looking to move to the area so we were in town doing some research and I hope to be able to book more stays in the future when she gets to move! The property was pristine- you can tell they put a lot of care into the cleaning. Everything in the home was well taken care of. The closets all had organizers (and a thoughtful hamper in the bunk room!), the rooms were very spacious, the kitchen was well furnished, and they provided everything we needed for a walk across the street to the beach so we didn’t have to waste space in our car for those larger items like a cooler, tent, chairs, wagon, etc. we loved that there was garage parking. We were able to sit on the balcony and watch a rocket launch on our last night for icing on the cake! We will definitely be back.

We visited Cocoa Beach for the Thanksgiving holiday and rented two side by side condo units from OG. We had five adults in one unit and six adults in the other. The units were pristine, with a barely used feel. They were well appointed. The beds were heavenly as was nearly everything else about the units. We’ll be back, as the ocean is a brief walk across N. Atlantic Ave from the Airbnb with easy beach access. Thank you Francis for your fantastic communication.

Beautiful home! Immaculate! We had everything we needed and more.

We had a great experience staying at Stays By OG. The property was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. Everything was organized and ready for our arrival, which made the check-in process smooth and stress-free. The host was responsive and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The location was also very convenient, comfortable and quiet environment. Overall, it was a pleasant and reliable stay. I would definitely recommend Stays By OG to other guests and would be happy to return in the future.

This house is beautiful! Everything is new and gorgeous! The decor is on point—free of clutter and everything goes together very well. There's a washer and dryer, a TV in every bedroom and a bathroom connected to each one. The beds are SO comfortable! There's also a balcony off the master bedroom—check the launch schedule, you can see rockets from there! Through the beautiful back doors there's a relaxing patio with a remote controlled awning, a spa and a shower. The host is very responsive and helpful. I'll definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Fantastic place for a fantastic vacation. The house was clean, comfortable and large, in a pretty perfect location, close to everything that was important to us. Would definitely return.

From the moment we walked in we knew Tidal Tranquility was going to be amazing. Immediately after opening the front door, we were greeted with this fragrance that wrapped itself around us with its salty beach vibes! First glance was this is so clean, modern and fresh. The aesthetic with the furniture, layout, wall art and overall flow of the space was even better in person than in the pictures. I was so impressed. I eventually learned the amazing smell was from the oil diffuser near the entrance that had a custom fragrance developed by the owners. The icing on the cake was the diffuser and custom oil “essence” was available for purchase! Ordered them online at their website and had them personally delivered to us during our stay. Wow, I couldn’t believe how personalized the experience was. The owners were so accommodating and with adding our 2 dogs to the reservation as initially we were not planning on them coming. And those beds, don’t even get me started, comfiest ever!

While our visit was short, we loved our stay in this home. Very clean, nicely decorated, well equipped, and a convenient location for all we had planned. Communication with Kate was excellent and check in was a breeze. We will certainly return when we visit family in the area in the future.

Francis was an exceptional host—friendly, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. The apartment itself is immaculate. Everything is brand new—modern appliances, stylish furniture, and thoughtful touches throughout. It truly felt like stepping into a high-end boutique stay. The cleanliness was outstanding—spotless in every corner, which made us feel instantly comfortable and at home. Pet-friendly, family-friendly, and just steps away from the beach. We're already planning our next visit!

The check in process was easy, and parking was abundant. All the pictures and descriptions were accurate to the property. The rooms were clean and had ample supplies for a comforting and enjoyable stay by the beach.

We had a beautiful relaxing time here! When we walked through the front door we instantly fell in love with the OG “scent “ when you stay here you will know what I mean;) beautifully decorated and spacious. If you want comfort and a good night sleep then the beds in this home will not disappoint! Thank you OG for a great stay😊

It was a great place to stay. We loved it — very nice and stylish and very comfortable. The balcony was really nice and was even connected to one of the rooms.

The place was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The bathroom was spotless, and the kitchen had everything needed for cooking. I also really appreciated how private and soundproof the space felt, which made it easy to relax and rest. The location was convenient as well, with grocery stores and other essentials nearby. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I would recommend it to others.

We enjoyed a new, modern apartment with high-quality finishes, spotless and spacious, located just 5 minutes from the beach and 25 minutes from the Kennedy Space Center. The apartment includes beach accessories, and the host is attentive.

This home was exactly what our big family needed for the weekend. Close enough to Kennedy Space Center!

Clean and modern duplex with easy access to the beach. Very convenient to local area businesses. Several amenities available and a great vacation spot for a family with up to 2 vehicles. The dog park across the street was a bonus. The host was responsive and the check in/out process was quick and easy.

We had a wonderful family stay! The home was exactly as described, with a great layout and plenty of space for everyone. The kids loved the heated pool, fishing from the dock, and seeing both a manatee and a dolphin right in the canal! The dual primary suites were a huge plus, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location was perfect—close to Cocoa Beach, the pier, restaurants, and attractions while still feeling peaceful and relaxing. The hosts were responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. Future guests should know this is a pet-friendly home, so those with pet allergies may want to plan accordingly. As travel agency owners, we’re always looking for great vacation homes to recommend, and we’d gladly recommend this one to families visiting Cocoa Beach. We really enjoyed our stay! The place was clean and felt homey and very comfortable. Beds were comfortable and the location was nearby everything. My infant and toddler slept great and even my mom (who is hard to please) liked the place! I would recommend this place and we would definitely book again.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay and felt very comfortable in this beautiful house. Everything was exceptionally clean, well maintained, and prepared with great attention to detail. There were lots of little touches that made the stay even more enjoyable, such as really nice, comfortable beach towels and a very well-equipped kitchen with everything we needed. All of the beds were extremely comfortable, and the entire house felt high-quality, cozy, and welcoming. You can really tell that a lot of thought has gone into making guests feel at home. For us, the house was absolutely worth the price. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended, and thank you for such a fantastic stay!

This place looks beautiful in the listing photos and it is even better in person! The house has a great layout and is very roomy. It was a very comfortable location for our multi-generational party of seven. The kids (especially) loved the pool, and we all enjoyed the setting on the canal, with sightings of birds, dolphins and a manatee. It's in a quiet neighborhood, but very close to shopping, restaurants and the seashore. The Stays by OG team was incredibly responsive, helpful and welcoming. We were in town to see NASA's August 30 rocket launch, and staying here was a huge part of a great visit to Cocoa Beach.
